"My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."

"Superb quality workmanship with outstanding results! We chose Sensible Home Products for our siding project because of Jeremy. From the moment that we met him, we were instantly at ease and felt that he was honest, hard working and truly a man of integrity. We were so right. Since we are planning on retiring within the next 5 years, we decided that it was time to update our home with siding, doors and lighting. Throughout the entire process, Jeremy was patient, mindful of our budget, extremely knowledgeable when we had questions, meticulous with the details and provided constant feedback as to how the job was progressing. Jeremy even recommended the colors for the siding and trim - absolutely fantastic decision! Jeremy lives, breathes and practices the highest level of Customer Service that we have ever witnessed â all texts and messages are responded to very quickly and you just know that he truly wants you to be happy and completely satisfied with the results of your project. "One of thee best contractors I ever had the pleasure to work with. Insurance repair from hail damage. Worked with insurance Co. to agree to fully reroof a roof that had been rerooed 3 years previously. Got insurance Co. to totally replace cedar shake siding with double lifetime insulated vinyl siding. Being disabled I'm so pleased that I now have a maintenance free exterior. The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great."
