"The Cahoons are beyond excellent. Over 30 years they have helped us update, remodel, and (most recently) replace the siding. Our 45 year old home was poorly built, and that makes working on it tricky. Luke, Matt, and their team do not take the easy route - they rebuild the shoddy so it will last. When they ran into problems from the poor initial construction, they offered options for correcting it and made sure we understood the options. They have high standards, an incredible depth of knowledge of building, materials, and design. Every time I wake up to a snug home on a cold morning, easily open a window that used to stick, or gently shut the formerly unusable door, I am grateful to have been lucky enough to have had the work done by such. outsanding company. You cannot go wrong with Cahoon Building and Remodeling."

"I needed my deck stained. This was not a big job, it took a day to complete. Out of the 4 companies on home advisor only two responded and A,C.S was one of them. When I met with James I knew he was the the company I wanted. His estimate was spot on. James, the owner, took the time when he met with me and explained everything in detail, but more importantly he genuinely cared about myself and my home. James and his partner arrived on time and the work was completed on time and the final result was superb. James partner was as good as he was, I totally understand why James has him with his company. I will use them in the future with out a doubt and suggest you do as well. Thank you A.C.S"

"One of thee best contractors I ever had the pleasure to work with. Insurance repair from hail damage. Worked with insurance Co. to agree to fully reroof a roof that had been rerooed 3 years previously. Got insurance Co. to totally replace cedar shake siding with double lifetime insulated vinyl siding. Being disabled I'm so pleased that I now have a maintenance free exterior. The project was top notch. Not only did they consistently show up on time, but they finished the project early and were willing to reschedule the final walkthrough multiple times to accommodate our schedule. Final project turned out great."
