John also made a couple of trips to our house to show us the siding so that we could see that it was a perfect match and he also brought out the gable vent for us to look at. Throughout the entire process, John was easy to reach and had great communication keeping us up to date through the entire job. The installation crew was also great. They worked hard, were professional, and cleaned up everything. We could not be happier with the results. Despite this being a smaller job, John treated us like we were his biggest customer. The insurance was initially only quoting several thousand dollars in damage, I agreed to let Matt take a look and he found significant damage to both the roof and siding. He then took it upon himself to contact the insurance company and battle with them to get the correct work done on the home. In the end he was able to get the roof, siding, gutters as well as some other things covered and paid for.
