From the initial consultation to the end of the job, they consistently showed up exactly when they said they would and worked extremely long hours to get this project done during four of the most brutal days of the summer heat. They were meticulous and the workmanship And their cleanup of the property and care they took of everything around them. Were they hard-working? They were extremely polite and well organized. It was a pleasure doing business with them. The quality of their work was excellent. All issues with the roof, which was quite complicated because it involved not only an asphalt shingle redo, but also a full flat roof redo with a glue down rubber membrane and string Board installation system. They also redid all of the copper work around the existing chimney and sealed the brick to ensure against any future leaking. Any additional items that came up during the installation were clearly delineated and dealt with fairly with no significant cost overruns. I would highly recommend them and to anyone who wants an experience roofing company that is diligent and caring of their customers needs . "From the beginning the Customer Service and Sales Presentation was professional and top-notch. Anthony understands the roofing industry, new technological features in rofing practice and the education required to keep up with these changes. Larsen's even teaches roofers in their nicely outfitted warehouses. We paid a small upcharge for the kind of roof we wanted, but all the bells and whistles were included in the quote: chimney covers, intake and outlet vents. The roof is sealed completely, impervious to water and has a 50 yr guarantee. The quote was very reasonable for the level of workmanship we received. Anthony was communicative, responsive, respectful and enthusiastic and knowledgeable about his products. We enjoyed all our interactions with this well-organized and personable Salesman. The Project Manager also oversaw the operations and allowed us to use the dumpster for the brush cleanup on our recently purchased property. We highly recommend Klaus Larsen for your roofing needs."

"Williams and his team did an incredible job replacing a badly leaking skylight and repairing the stained, damaged sheetrock inside. Price for the job was very reasonable, but more importantly it began on time and stayed in budget. Williams doesn't "play games" like SO many other unscrupulous contractors. Williams either performed the work himself or supervised his team. It is so refreshing to find and HONEST, hard working contractor with no "hidden" agenda. Williams was upfront about everything and communicate openly with me as the job progressed. I cannot say enough about him and his team. When the 3 day job was completed, everything was cleaned up; so clean that you never would have known there were on site. I'm adding "before" and "after" pictures to stress my points. Bottom line is, if you need an honest, hard working team, reach out to them!!"

"My review of the work I have had done by Thomas Gianni & Sons Inc.. They really did a great job of working on my property. I call their office and asked to get some excavation of removing a couple of tree stumps in my yard and to put down approx. 20 yds. of gravel in an area near my shed. It was just about three or four days and they call me back to confirm to come out the next day, June 22. Their employee came by early in the morning and went over all the project. Figured out what equipment he needed and measured up for the materials and started the work about an hour later. He was very cautious and caring about minimal damaging to the yard. After removing the stumps he graded the surrounding area with the machine to the point where I only needed to rake it out to plant new grass. The gravel was put down flat and clean; not a mess. I would definitely hire them again."

"Contracted with A1 Pro for chimney/roof repairs to stop water from leaking into the attic based on how Phil explained the work and a fair price. They did the repairs within a week of signing the contract. The next time it rained a small mount of water still leaked into the attic and when I contacted Phil from A1 Pro, he said would take a look and came within two days. He determined possible cause of leak and scheduled the additional repairs very quickly at no additional costs. Phil called after last rain to be sure work prevented water from entering attic, nice touch. Based on the responsiveness, communication and how A1 Pro worked to make everything right, I would definitely recommend A1 and keep them in mind for future work."
