"Absolutely no pressure sales. Jeremy came out looked at the house, LISTENED to what we wanted to do. He made some suggestions and we discussed...but never any pressure with respect to materials, colors, etc... We contracted a large job (Roof, Siding, Garage Doors) and we were given a very fair price (based on competing quotes for labor and materials). They weren't the cheapest, but I've gone that route before. Once they started, Sensible Home worked everyday that they were able (barring weather). Each night, the property was cleaned of debris and materials neatly stored the next day. Typically, Jeremy would call at least once a day to explain what was completed and next steps. If something came up, Jeremy would call, explain the issue and give us a few options to decide how to proceed. He was very sensitive to our budget all the way through the process. At the end of the day we went from probably the most "tired" looking house on the street to the nicest. If you're willing to invest in your home to improve the appeal, value, whatever...then Sensible Home Products should be part of your pool of contractors bidding. All in all, they took what could have been a very stressful process and turned it into a positive experience."

"Contracted with A1 Pro for chimney/roof repairs to stop water from leaking into the attic based on how Phil explained the work and a fair price. They did the repairs within a week of signing the contract. The next time it rained a small mount of water still leaked into the attic and when I contacted Phil from A1 Pro, he said would take a look and came within two days. He determined possible cause of leak and scheduled the additional repairs very quickly at no additional costs. Phil called after last rain to be sure work prevented water from entering attic, nice touch. Based on the responsiveness, communication and how A1 Pro worked to make everything right, I would definitely recommend A1 and keep them in mind for future work."

"Even though they were prompt and did good job they cheated with the materials. We agreed on buying 6 bundles from home depot. When I was away, they started working on the roof and they used some third grade materials and they had no receipts for the materials. Further they only used 3 or 4 bundles. If you are not buying the materials dont trust these guys otherwise they do good job. They still did not send me any receipt for the work done and also for the materials that they purchased.it is an update to what I rated before (0.5), like I said before they were here quickly and did good job. I got all the receipts now and looks like they spent little bit more than what we agreed before for the materials."
