Given the safety implications of this particular job (replacing old rotting railroad tie supports for a 1000sqft enclosed porch the length of the house, with proper footers, spacing, and quality posts) Pedro took all the necessary precautions to ensure proper temporary support, then final support so we can feel comfortable using the beautiful space for the first time since purchasing the house (previously we wouldn't set foot on the porch). "Robert came over to give an estimate about our basement that had flooded. He was the only person out of four different companies that showed me how our existing french drains were clogged, and he suggested trying to dig those up and redo them because the angle on them in the first place was incorrect. My estimates from other companies were from $5,000-$12,000, and Robert suggested doing a $200 job myself to begin with. I appreciated the honesty from this company and will be beginning with what he suggested. If that doesn't work, his estimates were STILL the cheapest for the gravity drain systems."

"My garage floor was in such bad shape. I live very near the salty water of Tarpon Springs, and it had slowly infiltrated into the cement and was leaching out lime powder (I joke that it looked like lines of coke for the Jolly Green Giant to snort) and H20 -- which was ugly, and led to tracking that stuff into our house. Being an engineer myself, I tried the DIY approach and spent hundreds of dollars and countless hours of labor testing one side of the garage. It was a total fail. I was unable to prevent the hydrostatic intrusion with available products. I knew I had to do either acid etching or diamond grinding. Well, I sure didn't want acid in my garage door equipment. And as for diamond grinders...uh...not for me. So, I called these guys, and I am sure glad i did. Joey, the sales guy was very up-front and honest. Zero up-selling. I did wind up with the top of the line. I opted for the "Dolphin" color combo with the 3 color chips and epoxy and the vapor barrier. And it is so beautiful. When the crew finished (oh btw, 3 dudes who spent 2 - 9 hour days on site BUSTING dey asses!) I literally almost wept under the spell of the transformation. Just gorgeous! Two thumbs up!"
