I got a few different estimates, and while the estimate I got from Rigo was not the lowest, there was one thing that really stood out for me. Eddie came out promptly and carefully inspected my property. He spent substantially more time looking over the area involved and all around an inside my home than any other companies I contacted. We set an appointment for the next morning to exterminate the bees. Eddie thoroughly explained the process before and after the job was completed, He also came by to the next day to be sure there was no more activity. I felt that Eddie was genuinely concerned about our safety and went the extra mile to be sure the bees were gone and no more bees would enter our home . Service was prompt and thorough."

I was contacted by the Technician first thing in the morning and he arrived within a half hour. Bailey was polite, professional, knowledgeable and picked up the squirrel and disinfected the area where the squirrel laid to rest. I had a concern about the billing which they immediately resolved.
