"I used Home Advisor to identify companies that handle pest control in my area. Four companies showed up and Hi-Tech Pest Control was one with highest rating. However, I sent requests to all four companies that showed up on the Home Advisor web site. And Charity Waldman, the Hi-Tech Pest Control office manager called me within two hours of my online request. The call was very professional, asking all of the right questions in a very pleasant manner. The other three pest control companies either didn't respond or did respond about two or three days after my online request. Steve Barton of Hi-Tech Pest Control came to my house and introduced himself and explained what he would do during the house inspection. I can't say enough about the high quality and friendly service I received from Hi-Tech Termite Control. As it turned out, my problem was not with swarming termites but flying ants in my attic and water damage to my back porch posts. He found one small isolated area that had a start to dry wood termite damage. At the end of the inspection. Steve explained that their wasn't a major problem that I couldn't correct on my own. He gave me the option of using his company for repairing and correcting all of the problems noted or correcting the problem on my own.
