They spent 5 hours straight in the rain sealing off the many openings in the house that the raccoons could get in. The raccoons were out within 20 minutes of them leaving the house! Excellent work! "Ramos Wildlife Removal were the only company not outrageously priced when asked to remove a trapped wildlife animal. I had already purchased traps and caught an opossum the first night-now I just needed someone to come take it away. Most companies wanted $250 and above, just for removal. Ramos was very considerate of my situation given I lived in a townhouse that I only rented. Since I explained I had a family of opossum and raccoons making a ruckus at night he only charged $150 to remove the first animal and stated any other removal would just cost $75. Not only was Ramos understanding, but they were here the same day within less then an hour. I will be doing business with this company again, and I'd highly recommend them to assist in wildlife removal."

"Good price, very efficient and professional. They did a great job and had great communication the whole way. I'd definitely recommend them. They don't require that you be at home when they do the work - which is great if you're busy and can't really spend half a day waiting around for a service to show up. If there was anything to say at all, it'd just be that they require full payment in advance. Having never hired them before, I would have initially been more comfortable with partial payment to schedule and the rest when completed. That said, they do guarantee their work and I had no problems at all. They cleaned up all the debris very well and left the bags at the curb."

After vetting 4 contractors, I chose Western Pest Services, and was very pleased with the entire process. they did a thorough evaluation of the attic space, evaluated my plan to run the installation tube through a 2nd floor window, and confirmed that there are no pests in the space.
