"The owner Doug promptly came out to our house for a bid. Unlike other companies who just looked at the size of our space, Doug took notice to the cracks and other damage on our walls requiring repair before a good paint job could be done. While his bid was slightly above others, I felt he was going to take the extra work to make sure the job was done right - and he did! We were actually out of town when he was available to do the work, so he worked with us to get the job done in our absence, and agreed to settle up payment once we were home to visually inspect - this worked out really well for us! We are very pleased with the work he did, particularly converting a brown vaulted ceiling of 25' back to white."

For my 900 sq. ft. 1949 home, they quoted me for 5 days of work and 2 coats of paint but ended up working for 6.5 days and applying 3 coats to all trim - no additional charge. After suggesting that I buy all new door hinges since the old ones were covered in layers of old paint (and me telling them that wasn't in my budget), they went over & above by taking it on themselves to apply paint thinner to all the hinges! This was/is my first home, and Gene said he remembered that feeling & wanted to make sure I was happy. Mission accomplished!"

"FRC Construction removed two crumbling concrete walls and installed two new stone walls, one with a new set of steps to the back yard. They also installed lighting under the capstone, which makes coming home at night a pleasure. They went out of their way to replace the downspouts, hiding them behind the new walls. The downspouts had been draining onto the parking area making it a mess when it rained. That problem was solved. They are very careful and considerate workers. I also hired them to paint our home and they did an excellent job."
