Unlike other companies who just looked at the size of our space, Doug took notice to the cracks and other damage on our walls requiring repair before a good paint job could be done. While his bid was slightly above others, I felt he was going to take the extra work to make sure the job was done right - and he did! We were actually out of town when he was available to do the work, so he worked with us to get the job done in our absence, and agreed to settle up payment once we were home to visually inspect - this worked out really well for us! We are very pleased with the work he did, particularly converting a brown vaulted ceiling of 25' back to white."

"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
