"A&J Custom Quality Painting painted my house in December, 2006. I am very pleased with their work. Alex, the contractor, listened to my requests and followed them. He came to my house often to inspect the work and told the painters what I wanted and what he wanted from them. He advised me on the color of the trim which I chose to use. I am happy with the colors. My house looks new! Alex was courteour to me as were his painters. The crew arrived on time evey day, worked diligently, and cleaned up every day. After I paid Alex for the work and at my request, he sent one of the painters to my house to do some touch ups."

"I needed a bunch of drywall and plaster work done after the rain and a leak destroyed a room in my place. I had some wood molding and doors replaced, and a sink vanity in the bathroom. All good, everything got done quickly and reasonably. I believe they are honest. I have had problems with theft from painters in my past so Iâ m extremely cautious. "This was a very professional company. We hired them to repaint and refinish our kitchen cabinets. The crew did a fantastic job!. Every day there was a supervisor to check on the status of the job and to keep us updated. The crew was very clean and protected the surrounding walls and floors. The other areas of the house were taped off from the kitchen to prevent any dust from spreading. They worked hard and did a professional job! Would rehire them in a heartbeat. "What a great experience to use Citywide. John give a reasonable bid. He wasn't too high and he was not the lowest but he explained clearly what he would do. We needed all of the trim, windows, doors, gutters painted around our house and had many areas that had dry rot. John's team showed up on time, did extra work where it was needed and finished the job early. In 4 days for a 2 story home with a detached garage. Their work was exceptional and the house looks brand new. I highly recommend this contractor for his pricing, quality of work, and timeliness to complete the job."

"My house was in desperate need of TLC. It needed a new paint job, repair of wood due to termites, and repair water cracks in the stucco. From repair, to primer, to paint, my house did a complete u-turn. I also up-grated and added new rock siding. They also cleaned up on a daily basis. My house now looks like a modern country cottage. "I thought George and his crew did an excellent job in painting the house. In the beginning he said it would take 3-4 days and it came in at three. He told me in detail how he does his painting jobs and what I needed to do to prepare. He began with a complete washdown of the house. Then all windows and non painted surfaces were completely masked. Places where the stucco was pealing and cracked were repaired. There were places where the wood parts of the house were damaged, and these were patched and repaired . Several times he walked me thru the site and showed me his progress. At the end of the job we walked the perimeter of the house, and George showed me what he did and answered any questions that I had. Cleanup afterwards was thorough. It was a really good job. I don't know if this review is expected to cover the roofing job that George also did for me, so I'm going to discuss that also. Because of the circumstances of this house, we decided to do a patching job of the roof rather than a complete whole new roof. George determined that there were four areas requiring patches including patches to the subroofing wood. He said it would take a day, which it did. The crew removed the faulty subroof wood and replaced it with new wood. He had already painted the wood, with paint from the prior house painting job. The wood then was covered with the standard roofing materials. The rim that was removed that wraps over the facial wood was replaced. In one area a piece of the facial board had to be replaced and repainted. The whole roof was then painted with a sealant that should extend the life of the roof for several years. All in all an excellent job."
