"The owner Doug promptly came out to our house for a bid. Unlike other companies who just looked at the size of our space, Doug took notice to the cracks and other damage on our walls requiring repair before a good paint job could be done. While his bid was slightly above others, I felt he was going to take the extra work to make sure the job was done right - and he did! We were actually out of town when he was available to do the work, so he worked with us to get the job done in our absence, and agreed to settle up payment once we were home to visually inspect - this worked out really well for us! We are very pleased with the work he did, particularly converting a brown vaulted ceiling of 25' back to white."

I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

Sergio Garcia came out and clean the up the mess the first painter did. Caulked what need to be done and put another coat of paint. The price was great. Very professional. very easy to work with. Then I hired them to re-paint my kitchen that was only 3 years old. The builder did touch with two different shades paint. Sergio family came in sanded the cupboards and primed and painted with professional paint. They where quick on getting the job done. Everyday they showed up on time and told me what was going to happen.Price was great. I would hire them again. You can't go wrong with this company. Future Painting was the best."

Not only did they do an extraordinary job on the work we had contracted for (i.e., exterior repaint of our house, repaired areas of dry rot, pressure wash & seal our driveway, & and pressure wash & stain our deck), they also did other small jobs unasked, like removing old, unused cable that was still attached to our house, pressure washed and sealed our sidewalk & porch slab, edged our yard, etc.).
