"Jake did not delay getting a bid to us & fine-tuned the specifications of the project as needed. The front & back lawns were removed, yards leveled, underground sprinkler system installed in both, & the front lawn was sodded & the back hydroseeded. On each day of the project I was home & was impressed with the professionalism of the crew. Neighbors commented on the finished product & how well the crew worked as a team. At no time was any of the crew standing idly by. Once installed the sprinkler system was tested twice & will be retested at a later date. Lanco receives my highest recommendation."

"He contacted me promptly, told me what they do and the cost. He told me the earliest he was available and on the day called to let me know they would be fifteen minutes late. They did a great job removing three large pieces of furniture from my home. Nothing was damaged, anything moved was put back in place. They removed their shoes before coming into the house. Everything was done efficiently and well. When they were done, I learned of other services they provide. They were pleasant throughout. I would definitely hire them again."
