Miguel was present mid job and had me come out and review the progress and discuss any concerns before they finished up. We needed more severe pruning than might be desired for the overall health of the trees and aesthetics, but we came up with what I think will address our problem. We had several large trees with branches overhanging our roof, and roof rats had gained access to our attic. We didn’t want to lose the trees but it was imperative that they be pruned severely on the house side. Not only did we accomplish that but in a way that new growth will not grow immediately back over the house. Aesthetically, they still look great from the street! Hopefully, now between pest control, roof repairs, and M&M Landscaping, we have solved our rat issue!"
