"On time and on budget- Surprised that's not part of the rating system here! My husband and I are elated with the work Palm did for us. I've always been a skeptical person, and when it comes to hiring someone to do work in my personal space, I also become apprehensive. So It was a massive relief to meet with Yonatan. He is convivial and highly competent in his craft. He listened to what we wanted, asked all the right questions, gave us a quote, a timeline, ensured we bought the right materials, and was in constant communication with us. The oversight and execution on this project was seamless. The scope of work entailed tearing out a shower, old vanity, demoing walls and floors, removing and replacing toilets, wiring, painting, tiling walls and floors, putting pocket shelves in, installing lights and hardware - in TWO weeks (a powder room and main bathroom). In the middle of it, we asked if the guys could paint the interior of our loft as well. The obvious answer was 'yes', but the surprise was that it made no difference to two-week time frame. Having made ourselves scarce for that time, when we got back, Yonatan met us at our place, gleaming with pride. He walked us through all the work we had agreed to and called out very small things his crew did in the few days following. Did I already say we are elated with the outcomes? The place is amazing and feels new again!"

"Michael, Ben, and Jay showed up right on time and did the work faster than originally quoted. I asked them to fix some drywall, replace some vent fans, fix some nail pops, install a light switch, and a couple other minor things. They helped me save some money by cleaning and oiling my fans and they also did the last minute add of fixing some minor toilet issues I was having. They were very honest and upfront about costs and I appreciate the speed and attention to detail in the work they did."

"We feel so lucky that we found Levi's company to help us with our lawn overhaul. We had originally hired another company to do an irrigation system. The other company showed up one day, dug trenches throughout our 1/3-acre lawn, and didn't really come back after that. My husband and I have spent so much time, effort, and money to have a nice lawn, so it was very difficult to see it all dug up with no work going on for multiple weeks. I frantically started calling every landscape business in the area, hoping that someone would be able to come out ASAP and complete the project for us. It's 2 weeks before Summer, so I knew the chances of finding someone with some availability would be next to impossible. Then Levi came along!! Levi came out the next morning to give us an estimate and had some great ideas to make our yard look that much better. He was able to put us in the schedule to start that following Monday! Not only was he able to complete our irrigation system, he laid down top soil, pulled a small stump out of the backyard, graveled the small patch of grass on the side of the driveway, beauty barked around the yard to make the edges look really clean, added some decorative boulders, and coordinated with another company to come out and hydro seed the day after they completed the project. To say these guys work hard is an understatement. It was almost 90 degrees out one of the days too. Our yard looks better than we could have ever imagined. Once the grass grows back, it'll look even better! Levi exceeded our expectations! The price was right and he's such a nice, personal guy. We will definitely hire him again for any future landscaping projects and recommend him to everyone! Iâ m blown away with how lucky we got to find CZ Pro Landscaping!"
