The job site was very difficult to access down a steep hill lacking any good pathway and getting materials to location was backbreaking work. The retaining wall is well-built. Marcelo promised us the best price last Spring if we could wait until Fall when his business slowed down. He made good on his word."

"I hired this company to wash the front and back of my 3-level townhouse and my second story deck made of composite wood. They did an excellent job, They were professional, efficient, and tidy. My house and deck both look great! I would definitely hire them again. My only complaint (and the reason for the 1/2 star off) was that they were scheduled to come to me between 12n and 2PM. They arrived bright and early at 8AM. I was not at home but was able to get home quickly to see to them. I didn't get any sort of confirmation email or phone call the day before, so not sure what happened. I just glad I was able to salvage the appointment. Other than that, I highly recommend this company."

"Jose and Carlos provided exceptional service and went beyond what my husband and I requested. We are so happy with the results in our yard. They rebuilt our rock wall that was falling down in the front of our house, added to our rock walls in the back, added nice landscaping features, hardscaped the paths from front to back, fixed some fencing, did some heavy landscaping, moved dirt where they removed it to other parts of our yard that needed more dirt, shored up our concrete driveway and installed a rain-sense sprinkler system. "From the estimate until final clean up Bright Lawn was outstanding. We had a swampy mess in our back yard. We had French drains installed and entire yard had new sod installed. The team also installed a beautiful rock wall and built new garden beds. For most of this 5 day job we had rain. But the team pushed through the harsh conditions like champions. In addition, I hired the for a spruce up of the front yard and garden cleanup as well. Bright Lawn was never late. The workers were courteous and professional Juan the owner was calm as we were worried with all the mud during construction. He kept positive and reassured us it would be great when finished. This is a clean-cut young man with excellent skills and runs a business the way it should be run. In a world of shady contractors, Eric is a undiscovered gem. He won't be the cheapest bid, but he certainly does an honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay -- I had no issues writing him a check. Eric poured a concrete driveway for my trailer, which included posts for a fence, and a graveled area. We agreed on a price, set a project start date, duration, and everything went as planned. The quality was outstanding! Whether you're a home owner or looking for a sub-contractor - Eric is your man. He lets you know when to expect him on the job site, the work to be done for the day, assures you are always on the same page, and keeps you informed throughout the project. I watched as the driveway was poured (I was curious as to the process) and overheard the cement truck and concrete pumping guys talking. They were impressed on how easy Eric made their jobs. How everyone was there on time, Eric explained how the pour was going to proceed, and there weren't any delays – Guys Luv it when they can get-in, get-out, and get-on to the next job. From the moment the cement starts pouring - the clock is ticking before it hardens. It's impressive to see Eric work cement, form the driveway, and orchestrate 5 other guys -- all at the same time. It can be a stressful time, but Eric was a Kool-Kat who had a handle on everything. I work in technology where perfection is the expectation, so I pay attention to the details. I also work as a project manager, so I know how difficult it is to make sure all the moving parts mesh together seamlessly. After reading the other reviews and watching Eric work - It's clear to see...
