"Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."

"Built a front fence for me out of corrugated metal and wood. Very efficient and cleanup was excellent. I will use them again. Another time, my house had bubbbles forming in the dormers. They sanded the area, bought matching paint and painted the front of my house . It continues to look great and considering a remodel in my kitchen. I will surely request a bid by them. "Thrilled with the work performed by Gene & his crew! I would hire them again in a heartbeat (and likely will). Respectful & communicative. Most importantly, to me, was their thoroughness & attention to detail. For my 900 sq. ft. 1949 home, they quoted me for 5 days of work and 2 coats of paint but ended up working for 6.5 days and applying 3 coats to all trim - no additional charge. After suggesting that I buy all new door hinges since the old ones were covered in layers of old paint (and me telling them that wasn't in my budget), they went over & above by taking it on themselves to apply paint thinner to all the hinges! This was/is my first home, and Gene said he remembered that feeling & wanted to make sure I was happy. Mission accomplished!"
