"We had a miscommunication that was all my fault. The solar screens that Justin put up were not what I had expected at all. Justin took the blame, researached where he could get the material and absorbed the cost of the original screen material. He was polite, kept me informed of the new materials arrival and I couldn't be happier. He also fixed my gutter that had separated in half and stretched down. Justin didn't even want to charge me for that, which was ridiculous. I had an estimate from another company that wanted $250 to do the work. I can't say enough good things about Justin, he was amazing and I would refer him to any one."
