They will return in the new year, once construction work on the west side of the house is completed, to stain the clapboards on the northern rear of the house and western side, as well as paint the cellular PVC trim. Scheduling was fast, on the day of the appointment he arrived within the one-hour window we’d settled on (after calling to let me know he was on the way), and the installation went without problem. We were pleasantly surprised that we could have two garage doors programmed to a single keypad. Casey mentioned that one of the springs on one of the doors was breaking -- something that was obvious to see once he'd pointed it out -- and quoted a very reasonable price for repairs if we chose.
