This time he refinished a 50 yr. old white birch floor when I discovered it under the old beige bedroom carpet. It looks like a new floor! "Last year I hired a company who advertised themselves as "budget". I got what I paid for and actually was overcharged for terrible work. This year I hired Quinlan. The owner came out and looked at what needed to be done before giving me a quote. On the day the work was done, he came out with the crew to make sure things were going well. They did an excellent job of rebuilding my doorway and installing a new door-which is now airtight, properly caulked and weather stripped."

"1.) Mike responded right away and gave estimate within 4 hours of posting job to home advisor! 2.) His price was lower than any other of the 6 estimates we got! 3.) His company was only company willing to install baseboard and quarter round! 4.) When request changes after first day Mike accommodate me with no qualms and charged me a fair amount for the changes! 5.) My father owned a floor business for 17 years and would recommend this guys work over any of his competitors! 6.) Phemonemenal!!!!!"

"They did a great job. We had other people look at our floor, which was not level. Others wouldn't even offer advice on how to fix it. Calin & his people leveled the floor one day & installed the laminate floor the next day. Great work. The quarterround they brought out didn't match the flooring closely enough for my wife. They came back out and installed quarterround that matched the flooring that they made at their factory. These guys know their business and do a very professional job!"
