"We were very satisfied with our service from Rob and Fire It Up at the end of September. After buying our first house, we wanted to make sure everything in the chimney was safe and working efficiently. Rob's inspection and estimate were very thorough and detailed. He clearly knows his stuff and didn't pressure us to schedule repairs right away. Mario and team did a full crown coat, put in two liners, and poured insulation. They also replaced duct from the furnace that wasn't venting outside fully. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable. The manager, Toni, stopped by so we could settle up, and she's a sweetheart. Great customer service all around."

He was great about going through the options for my gas fireplace and made a candid recommendation based on my needs. Had to wait for Spring to be able to make the repairs needed and install the new set-up, but A1 followed-up in a timely fashion and got me on the schedule. Derek handled the repairs and installation of my new fire island and was quick and professional throughout the appointment. Would definitely recommend him, and will be using him for the regular maintenance."
