The work was completed with skilled craftsmanship, efficiently and on time within 2 weeks which was very important to us with teenagers and busy work schedules. They were background checked and I felt very comfortable with my wife and daughter alone in the house while they worked. There were a few issues that came up during the installation and Toby communicated each challenge and provided multiple solutions so we could decide which was best for us. We were relieved Toby had the experience to quickly handle each issue and keep us on schedule even working extra hours on the weekend and nights to meet our deadline. (mold issue, toilet drain pipe not installed correctly by the builder and built-in shower tray required structural reinforcement so we could have it exactly the way we wanted it) We are already looking forward our next project and have only one contractor in mind, Carpentry USA!"
