"Just do it. Just hire them. We are general contractors in Los Angeles but we needed a very complicated job done in Detroit so we hired Ready Dig Excavation. "Modern rebuilt my aging brick chimney. The cap had cracks in it and the bricks were popping out. Modern took it down and rebuilt it. Brand new limestone cap and bricks. They even tuck-pointed some bricks further down the chimney that weren't part of the rebuild. The chimney looks great and Modern did it all in one day."
