"I hired them to lift the concrete pad of our garage to level. We leveled our garage floor so that the subsequent new garage doors would meet squarely with the garage floor. Stabil was professional, effective, communicated clearly - even through unexpected surprises, and very courteous. "We were looking into redoing our old deck and got a quote which we thought was reasonable for our large deck. Then for another estimate, we called 7th State Builders. They explained that for the same cost, we could get a paver stone patio (which in the long run is far less maintenance). The owner worked with our budget and the gentlemen who laid our pavers were extremely professional and worked within our wishes. They removed the deck and finished the patio in about a week. Awesome job! After a week or so, it had rain for a period of time and we noticed that a small dip in the patio was collecting a puddle. After a call, they came out and fixed the problem. We would definitely recommend this company for a patio."

"My wife and I hired Mr. Bonilla (Juan) to build a 12 x 15 flagstone patio on-top of a concrete base for our backyard and also install concrete/flagstone steps, and must say Mr. Bonilla and his crew did an incredible job! We communicated via text for the majority of the process and when we set a date/time to meet and discuss the project he was always there and on-time. We had numerous other quotes from professionals and they overpriced us significantly and said the job would take over a week. Mr. Bonilla and his team did our job for a very reasonable price and completed the job in 3 days. He went through boxes to pick out the exact colors of the flagstone my wife wanted and the patio turned out beautiful! He even installed a new drainage system under the patio for us so water would not pool up and he did not charge us for the extra work.
