David, the company owner, guided me and stuck with me throughout the engineering, design, and permitting phases that were needed. He also overcame big site access challenges to make the project possible and hold down costs. Throughout the project David was communicative and clearly explained the options available and progress. I'm thrilled with the end result, a sturdy and attractive wall that will last, along with a repaired stacked stone wall that was also failing, and new stone patio. It required complete tear down & proper re-doing including all new crushed stone (there was none originally - they just poured a thin layer of asphalt over clay). "We were looking into redoing our old deck and got a quote which we thought was reasonable for our large deck. Then for another estimate, we called 7th State Builders. They explained that for the same cost, we could get a paver stone patio (which in the long run is far less maintenance). The owner worked with our budget and the gentlemen who laid our pavers were extremely professional and worked within our wishes. They removed the deck and finished the patio in about a week. Awesome job! After a week or so, it had rain for a period of time and we noticed that a small dip in the patio was collecting a puddle. After a call, they came out and fixed the problem. We would definitely recommend this company for a patio."

He is as very inventive in reconfiguring the overhang to prevent continued raccoon incursion. In another job, he replaced boards in a hardwood floor that had suffered damage. Very precise job, quickly done. Lavender also repaired exterior rot in another house and finished with decorative elements that made the place actually beautiful! Highly recommend Lavender. "Barlow Concrete removed the old driveway, planed the tree roots that had lifted it, removed the adjacent paving stones,and graded all for better drainage before installing a drainage grate, pouring a new concrete driveway and setting new paving stones adjacently, all perfectly done. His crew, having been with him for many years, were efficient, thorough, and polite professionals, and his company is highly recommended."

He was able to give us a great option to level the flooring so that we may finish our addition and finally put our LVP flooring on. "I hired them to lift the concrete pad of our garage to level. We leveled our garage floor so that the subsequent new garage doors would meet squarely with the garage floor. Stabil was professional, effective, communicated clearly - even through unexpected surprises, and very courteous.
