"This includes installing 6 floor jacks to level house floor with annual inspections. House is a raised foundation so full encapsulation to prevent mold, mildew from damaging wood and pipe erosion. This enhanced our already Blacklight airconditioning protection and Pelican water softner and Black Light water disinfection. The sales rep Josh and the crew of Dustin, Adam and Garrett were highly trained and proficient. I would do more if it was needed. Their office folks were kind and courteous. Bravo to all of them. "The project was competitively priced and completed with excellent quality. There was no sales pitch in trying to sell us more than we needed - rather the contractor automatically included less-concrete volume options in the quote. Our project request was not straightforward, and not all straight lines, but it was not a problem for this company. We even had a meddling neighbor who held up the project without cause, but the crew stuck with us until all was completed and, unlike us, kept their cool through it all! To top it off, they turned up and completed the job as scheduled!! Thank goodness we chose Ikner for this project, and will do so again in the future."
