"Seci Construction did an excellent job replacing our roof. The crew was very hard working and professional. Customer service was superb. The owner, Akil Seci, was immediately available to address any concerns that I had.I had a concern about replacing all of the plywood, which was recommended by the crew foreman, Eddie. Our house was built in 1974, and the plywood was 3/8 inch. After some deliberation, I decided to go with the recommendation for 5/8 inch plywood. This is Seci's standard for plywood replacement, which added significant more cost to the project than 1/2 inch plywood, which is what other contractors would have used.The project was projected to be completed in one day, but it ultimately took 3 days. This was due to the plywood replacement.The clean up of our property was excellent. One downside is that the dumpster remained in front of our house for nearly 5 days after the project was completed. "I hired Jersey Pro to fix my cracked wall, which is built upon a partial old foundation, with stucco. Angelo and his team, Loca and Jimmy, are easy going, wonderful to work with. Angelo and his team are so pleasant, professional and detailed orientated. Angelo is so patient, and explainted all details and answered all my questions when he did the estimate. Plus, he gave a quite reasonable price. "Angelo, of Joseph and Sons, is a consummate professional and his knowledge of various projects is endless. His crew was polite, friendly and clean. Quickly they came out and removed my old driveway, including removing a cracked cement area and making it smooth and straight, rather than oscillating. They then did a good job laying a stone base and installing Belgian blocks. A few days later they came out and installed the asphalt. They made sure it was evenly spread and smooth. No complaints."

"We were referred to John thru our neighbor upon the purchase of our new home, and have used him ever since. We are very happy with his work. The initial yard cleanup was of many overgrown trees and shrubs. Some had to be removed. John and his crew did an excellent job and guided us as to which shrubs would grow in our soil. John also did a very nice job accenting our pathway lighting with river rock. Since then, Berlangieri Landscaping has been maintaining our yards and cleaning our driveway from snow. "Josh and his crew poured a beautiful concrete patio extension and put in new stair caps and rails on our back steps for us just before Memorial day. He came several times over two days to supervise . The workers were very skilled and did a beautiful job. They dug out and leveled the area. They used reinforced wire mesh and pitched the concrete pad well , so we did not have to worry about rainwater getting into in the house. The rails are sturdy, and the cap stones on the steps were leveled with precision . The rail had caps that shed water away so that no rain could get between the rail and stone, to avoid damage from water freezing in winter. I wish I could post pictures. He also repointed our chimney and cleaned our gutters. I am very pleased with their professionalism. They left the property clean and tidy on their departure.
