She presented an extensive plan w reasonable pricing. Personal circumstances put things on hold until the spring of 2020. We kept in touch, revisited, revised and decided to phase our project. Dana got things going in August and we’re very pleased with the results. In addition I contracted w Dana/ ,North Star to perform bed maintain for 2021 and will renew for 2022. "My wife and I hired Ayres Basement Systems to waterproof our basement and were very pleased with the whole operation. This was a difficult job of extracting a strip of concrete basement floor near the footings then replacing it with a patented drain system with back-up sump pump, replacing gravel along the footings, and then again cementing it closed. The tireless group headed by Terry O. along with Bruce and Kyle worked for two long days of hard labor all the time caring for our home and keeping dust and debris at a very minimum. We would highly recommend them. Besides our excellent, friendly, and thorough work team, we appreciated the support from others on the staff too. It is a well run company and we are very pleased with the results."
