I needed a solution to keeping water out of the basement; Benito went out to my property, proposed a solution, took pictures and sent his proposal with costs. We discussed and he got to work right away with his crew. His communication was excellent as he let me when he was on property, took pics and video of work and kept me updated. He also looked at few other items I needed taken care of and also suggested gutter covers as my gutters were full of leaves and clogged. "I've had at least 5 estimates. MDry was best cost wise. Underground cinder block wall-horizontal crack length of garage due to water flow down hill against back of house. They stopped inward motion of wall and possibility of pulling back in place over time. Worries gone! Very efficient personnel. Left site cleaner than when arrived. Love it!"
