Roy had no problem waiting 20 minutes for the co-owner of my house to drive over and decide on what service would be chosen. I am very weary of household service providers taking advantage of me, as a single woman, so I was cautious of Roy initially. Well, he befriended my dogs who laid with him to get pets and educated me all about chimney stuff. I figured, if my dogs liked him, he was an okay guy.
