"I needed a deep cleaning of our community clubhouse.. The owner, Vinny, responded quickly and came out to meet with me. He was personable and professional. He understood what I needed done and when I needed it done by. He did a thorough inspection of the clubhouse and quoted me a very fair price. The initial visit was beyond expectations as they cleaned and inspected my chimney and wood stove, AND addressed issues I did not know were issues. The reason I say their customer service is top notch is bc I had an issue with smoke bellowing out and called the number at 9:00 at night. To my surprise I was answered by the owner of the company!
