"They found an unknown problem which they certainly could have not disclosed. It was more work and was covered in the cost without additional charge. They had to go up into the attic on a hot hot day to fix the problem. I asked if they had a cage for the outside vent ad the other had broken and we were unaware. We did pay for that which was fine. We would have had to buy one and hope we could get it on. So the few extra dollars was well worth it. They were totally neat and clean. We were very very happy."

"Ferris Home Improvement was the best company we ever decided to go with. Their work was very professional. Our salesperson, Bill was a great help in helping us pick the right style of cabinets and the size that fit into the spaces we had. Bill was always on hand for us to ask any questions and to get things done. The cabinets, flooring, lighting and tile go together perfect. The installers, Glenn and Brett were excellent. From start to finish they were there on time and cleaned up every day. They even put up with all the questions we had, to which they answered every one of them. In the midst of getting the kitchen done we decided to have our living room and family room floors done also. Bill went right to getting them ordered and setting up the install date.
