"Following a biannual inspection and cleaning appointment, a need was determined to open part of the ducting from the AHU to inspect a damper. The technician opened the duct, determined a damper stem appeared to be broken resulting in the damper falling to the bottom of the duct. Carolina Custom Air has already called making an appointment the next day to reinstall the damper after repair. Great work, great company. I recommend them completely."

Project Location: Folly Beach, SC Project Location: Folly Beach, SC Date: 01/30/24Location: HomeWhat type of cleaning do you need?: HousekeepingApproximately how big is your home?: Less than 3,000 sq ftComment: We have four vacation rentals on Folly Beach, and we need another housekeeper to add to our team. During the summer, check-out days are often on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays, but it does vary some. In the off-seasons (Fall, Winter, Spring), check-out days could be any day of the week. We assign jobs a month in advance (unless there’s a last minute check-in), and you can either accept the cleaning or decline. Check out is at 10:00 and check-in is at 4:00, so there are 5 hours between for cleaning. As we do laundry on site, it does take the full five hours and that is what we base our pay on. Cleaning vacation rentals is very different than cleaning someone’s personal home, so experience with vacation rentals would be great, although not totally necessary as we can train. Each unit has a different fee ranging from $140-$200. You will submit an invoice at the end of each month with the units and dates that you cleaned, and we pay the first of each month for the previous month. We usually have 10-18 cleanings each month. As we have one other housekeeper, you would have the opportunity to accept half of those. If you are qualified and would be interested in the position, please let me know.
