"Bradly really impressed me with the quality work he did. He was just about all packed up after we had done a walk around inspection. I saw he had missed a small section. He told me my wife never asked to have that area done. Without any hesitation, he went back to his truck got his washer back out and cleaned that area. He did a great job overall! Bradley was professional and courteous. He did a great job and I would highly suggest him. When I asked him if he painted homes, as well, he told me he didn't but he had someone that did. He didn't have to do that, or do that little bit of extra work. All in all, price paid and everything, I was very happily satisfied!"

"Big shout out to Joe Garner with Palm Bay Air Care Experts. Hurricane Milton fried the motor on my 9 yr old air handler installed by a different company. I called Joe the morning after the storm and he came that afternoon and diagnosed the problem. He said I should have a ten year warranty on the motor and he would check into it. He called me the next morning and said the motor was still under warranty but it is on back order. He said he needed to check on something and he would get back to me. Joe called an hour later and said Lenox was emailing him papers to fill out and they were going to give me a brand new air handler because they cant get that motor anymore. I decided to replace the outside condenser unit also. So with labor it cost me less than the new system did 9 yrs ago and I have a new ten year warranty on everything from Lenox plus a year warranty from PB Air Care Experts on workmanship. Joe sent his 2 man crew on Saturday and the installation took around five hours with Joe stopping in to check things out a couple of times. The installers were top notch and very personable. They even painted the walls around the air handler so everything looked perfect. I highly recommend Palm Bay Air Care Experts and Ill never buy anything but a Lenox again."

"Mr. Lopez and his crew did an EXCELLENT analysis and cleaning/restoration/disinfectant-mold removal job on our entire ventilation system. In addition to removing and cleaning all vent registers and the recessed boxes which were filled with years of dust and mold, he disasssembled the air handler including the "bird-cage" fan which was loaded with dust and hadn't been serviced in several years at the least. In addition the entire unit was vacuumed and disinfected and a new filter was installed with the suggestion to change it frequently ( we are now using a hyperallergenic replaceable filter instead of the "permanent" filter which probably came with the unit years ago. We had been renting the house upon moving down from the northeast and ,fell in love with the area and have purchased the home. This was the first improvement we knew we must do based upon the horrible interior air quality. As soon as all of this work was done we all noticed how clean and fresh the air is and our coughing and sneezing immediately stopped. As an added bonus, the blower fan which was previously so loud we had to turn up the volume on the den TV ( the unit is in the garage on an adjoining wall) is now at least 75% quieter, almost hard to notice now when it is on. Also, the Master Bedroom which previously did not receive any air conditioning this past summer and heat the past coiple of weeks now works flawlessly, saving me the cost of removal and installation of a new A/C -Heat unit. Beyond this, Mr. Lopez and his staff were prompt, courteous, hard-working and efficient . I would strongly and happily recommend this company to anyone and have already done so with our family and friends here who have experienced similar problems with dusyt, stale, unhealthy interior air in their homes.
