"We just purchased our first home and it is a complete fixer upper. It had been sitting empty for Lord knows how long. Cobwebs, dust and dirt all over the walls and baseboards, the bathrooms were unusable. I actually walked into our home and cried not because I was excited for our first home but because I was overwhelmed with the amount of cleaning that needed to be done. I got on home advisor filled out a questionnaire and boom the rest was history. 15 mins later my phone rings and it was a voice of an angel in disguise named Tomika. I told her my issues, she said she would love to help and take care of our home for us. Less than 24 hours later Tomika was at our house getting down and dirty. She was polite, professional and very very thorough. She had great communication during the whole process and bonus she was very good with my kiddos! The next day I walked into my house and again I cried however this time it was tears of joy. Tomika had completely transformed my dirty house into a clean home. We can now attack all the painting etc without having to worry about spending days prior cleaning. Highly highly HIGHLY recommended. Thank you Tomika, you are amazing!"

"Andrea went above and beyond what would have been expected for this particular job. We had just bought the home so the house was empty and we wanted it cleaned before moving in. My impression after a quick walk thru was it was in ok shape. Andrea checked and cleaned every drawer and cabinet, pulled out fridge cleaned behind, polished all hardwood floors, I could go on but the point is she is incredibly thorough. Andrea sent before and after pictures of cleaning and even discovered some hidden secrets in the house! She did all of this with a very friendly and competent approach. My ADVICE, hire her!!!"

"I contacted Catia late in the day on a Saturday afternoon because I was searching for someone to clean my sons college apartment. The next morning (Sunday!), she stopped by his place to assess the situation and later quoted a very reasonable price. She also assured me that she would do a very thorough cleaning and she did! I live in another state, so Catia sent me pictures, before and after she was finished with his apartment. Wow! His home was spotless and in addition to cleaning, she helped him organize some of his belongings. We will most definitely use her services again! "Steve from Chimney and Duct Experts came on site did a very thorough inspection/quote for free. He took phones with drone and explained what needs to be done. Steve came back in a week, cleaned, installed a new liner, top plate, tee and cap. Also applied moisture blocker. After the project is done, I no longer smell the leaky exhuast from the furnace coming out of the wood stove. I'm very satisfied with the project."

"I moved into my condo with a Viking stove 5 years ago. It was put in ten years before that and from what I can tell, has never been professionally cleaned. I would attempt to do it myself but came to the conclusion I needed help. I had so much trouble finding a company in Boston that would do residential cleaning and finally stumbled upon Shawn on HomeAdvisor. The before and after state were remarkable. I plan to have Shawn come back once a year to help with general upkeep. I didn't realize how dirty my hood/vents were until after he cleaned them. The oven looks news.
