"Claudio and his crew did an amazing job. They stripped my home down to the wood. He found areas of rot as well as pests and clean those up. He sealed every window pipe with waterproof tape. He repaired rot. He waterproofed and weatherproof the entire home, then re-shingles using high-quality materials to ensure my home would be waterproof endurable. He replaced my front porch, found more areas of rot and opened up the front and made my home look amazing. He discussed every step with me and planned with me the entire time. "Wade Keene called me rather quickly after I posted my request. We talked a bit about the overall project and he came soon after. I had some of the items needed to complete the project and he advised what else would be needed. We agreed to a date/time for completion of the project. The project included: mounted 4 TVs, removed a metal awning and fixed the siding where the bolts had been, reattached the stair railing to the concrete stoop, and built a small ramp from the porch to the back door. He explained the one item he could not complete - changing a thermostat - which I appreciated his honesty vice the possibility of doing it wrong. He was very personable and professional. I thought the cost was relative to the work. I would recommend."
