"I was contacted by Bill at House Calls immediately via Home Advisor. They came out the next day, I thought to just give me an estimate. Instead, Erik analyzed the problem (very large sliding glass door that wasn't sliding anymore), ran out to get the parts, returned and repaired not just the one door that I was having problems with, but another one as well. This was all taken care of in less than 3 hours. I had received another estimate for the same work that was 30% more for just one door than what House Calls charged me. The other company had told me it would take two men to do the work and that it would take weeks to fit me into their schedule. I have been raving about House Calls to all my friends."
