"Christian Ellsworth was dispatched to my house ahead of the scheduled appointment. He messaged me that he was on his way. I was not available earlier than the scheduled time and called the dispatcher and spoke to the scheduler, who contacted Christian and redirected him elsewhere BUT also confirmed that Christian would be at my house as previously scheduled. Christian Ellsworth arrived at my house with Christian Espinoza the scheduled time. I explained to both of them the work I wanted done: * pull Ethernet cable from bedroom cable modem /router to living room Smart TV (co-axial cable wire had been pulled from bedroom cable modem /router to living room Smart TV during a prior renovation 2 years ago, but we neglected to pull Ethernet cable at that time) * pull Ethernet cable from bedroom cable modem /router to living room computer work station * pull HDMI cable from living room smart TV to living room computer work station * fix kitchen flickering lights - likely faulty dimmer switch. They acknowledged the work list, developed a work plan and created a proposal to get the work done. They reviewed the plan with me and I approved the scope of work and signed the work order. They got to work and immediately discovered challenges but were not deterred. With each challenge they faced - joists, studs, insulation, previous drilled holes for interior wiring not aligned with their access points - they developed a strategy to overcome the challenge and bring each item to completion. I had purchased some of the necessary wiring (CAT7 Ethernet cable, HDMI cable) but, with the challenges that became evident in the course of the work, what I had purchased for the job(s) was not enough. This was not a problem for them. They procured the necessary materials from their truck and items that they needed but didn't have, they got delivered to them from another truck or their warehouse. Their work and work ethic was completely professional and exemplary. They were mindful and careful not to damage anything. They explained everything - problems and solutions - to me as they were working. When they were done, they helped me connect everything up properly, put everything back the way they found it and thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. They stayed and worked with me to test everything - TV, computer, and kitchen lights - and ensured that their work achieved the desired outcome. I can't say enought how much it was a pleasure to have CHRISTIAN ELLWORTH and CHRISTIAN ESPINOZA complete my projects for Expert Wire."
