He has a sound understanding of architecture and knows how to create useful and attractive spaces; heâ s also a genius when it comes to problem-solving. Heâ s up to date on all available materials and how best to use them. Recently, I had Steven draw up a ramp and a flight of stairs for the front entrance to our condo building, and as expected, he did a splendid job.
