"Excellent work...Identified the 'right' problem with dishwasher which made fixing very easy. While he was at home, offered to fix an issue with fridge- No water through water/ice dispenser. Patiently worked on it till he found the right problem again without resorting to duct-tape solutions and best part was - He spend more time taking out and putting final assembly when we brought up an alignment issue. Knowledgable as a tech and even better as a cusotmer service person"
