"William was prompt and courteous. I appreciate his honesty as well. He explained what was wrong and much the cost would be to repair our dishwasher. Unfortunately I can buy a new one for the cost to repair this one. Instead of nickel and diming us a little bit at a time as some repair people have done in the past he was honest and told us up front that it was not worth repairing, even though itâ s only 5 years old."
