"First off, we thank Kerol for his presentation that sold us on the bathroom. He wasnâ t pushy, gave a great presentation, was very knowledgeable and professional. That said, WE LOVE OUR NEW SHOWER! Randy and Henry did an outstanding job. Randy, the lead installer, was very knowledgeable, honest, didnâ t talk shop at us and explained everything step-by-step. Our scheduled install date was going fine until Randy called me in to tell me we had termites. AARGH, oh no. Thank God I was able to find a reputable company that serviced us the same day. We had our property treated and Randy and Henry were back the very next day to finish the install. They got right to work, replaced a few beams, working diligently, but not a rush job. These gentlemen are AWESOME! My hubby is a hard man to please, but he is truly, truly happy with the install. We will be having our guest bathroom done also and we will be requesting Randy and Henry. Thank you West Shore, Home, Randy and Henry."

"We hired a team through HomeAdvisor to clean the dryer vents at our business, and they did an outstanding job. They arrived on time, were very professional, and worked efficiently without disrupting our operations. The vents were thoroughly cleaned, and they even showed us before-and-after photos so we could see the difference. "FSS did a fantastic job stabilizing our foundation. It took two weeks to complete the work. They drove the pipes 40' before they found solid ground. They did discover we had a water leak in two of our bathrooms(toilet & shower) most likely this caused the 4" drop. We should have done this more than 10 years ago but my husband was in denial. Robert was the foreman on our house and we could not have asked for a better person. Be sure to ask for Robert. We went with FSS because they were by far the least expensive and not as pushy as the others who came out and gave us quotes. My husband end up going by their warehouse to inspect the product before we made our decision. He is a farm boy who can fix anything but I refused to let him tackle this project. He was happy with the product and I was happy with the end results. My flower beds look just as they did before the job started. They came in like Ninjas; did the work and left without a trace. We are very happy and have already gave their number to two of our friends."
