"Manny (Manuel) of CRT Remodeling did an amazing job working on all of the interior finishes for my backyard ADU guest house. He did it all, including hardwood floors, staircase railings, kitchen cabinets, kitchen backsplash, bathroom tiles and fixtures, custom faux beams on vaulted ceiling, window and door casings (trim), custom closet doors under staircase, painting, staining, and more. He even took on some demolition work, installing insulation when other contractors where unavailable, outside trenching, and some plumbing tasks. He is a highly skilled finished carpenter by trade, but he is a jack of all. And, his cost is the best you'll find. High quality. If he doesn't do it right to satisfaction, he'll take it apart and redo at no cost to you (and with no arguing involved). Manny is based in Utah, but he travels to the Bay Area for remodeling and new construction jobs, including bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, floor installs, and finished carpentry. He was actually here during March of 2020 when the pandemic lockdowns went into effect. Unbelievably, he was able to keep my project moving when the rest of the world seemed to shut down overnight. He did this while he was stuck here during travel bans away from his own family and worried to death about their safety and medical conditions. Name me another contractor that would do the same for you... not to mention with high quality and lowest cost. Feel free to contact me if you need more info."

"David Thorne gave us a bid to install a full kitchen and upgrade a basement workspace. He has been amazing throughout the entire process. He pays attention to detail, is organized, communicative, listens to customer â wantsâ , is punctual and uses fabulous software to keep things on schedule and project related documents all in one place. His years of experience paid off for us in many ways but the most impactful was finding extensive damage resulting from an active termite colony that we were not aware of in a different area of our home. We, and many other professionals, brushed this off â sugar ant dirt pilesâ in the garage along the wall-floor junction but he was insistent that we had termites. David was correct. Not only did he diagnose the problem but did an amazing job repairing the extensive damage, including a main support post, that wasnâ t part of the original project. While most people are waiting months for appliances, sub-contractors, etc. in this horrible supply chain climate he used his network to find everything, and everyone, we needed to get the project done in record time. He took care of literally everything throughout the process. His sub-contractors love working with him and they actually show up ð . We are enjoying our new beautiful space already with only a few small details to finish up. Weâ ll be sad to see him go. Not only is he an amazing contractor but really does care about his customers and takes great pride in the quality of work performed. David is a great person all the way around.
