Randy and Henry did an outstanding job. Randy, the lead installer, was very knowledgeable, honest, didnâ t talk shop at us and explained everything step-by-step. Our scheduled install date was going fine until Randy called me in to tell me we had termites. AARGH, oh no. Thank God I was able to find a reputable company that serviced us the same day. We had our property treated and Randy and Henry were back the very next day to finish the install. They got right to work, replaced a few beams, working diligently, but not a rush job. These gentlemen are AWESOME! My hubby is a hard man to please, but he is truly, truly happy with the install. We will be having our guest bathroom done also and we will be requesting Randy and Henry.
