"Highly recommend these folks! I needed to do some major remodeling in my condo - knock down walls to combine bedrooms, update kitchen and bath, and new floors. I bid with about 5 different companies and decided to go with them because they were the most organized, confident, and clear - the vibe just felt right AND they actually managed to stay within my budget (which was a tall order!). There were a few snafus with plumbing and city permits but the project manager Scott handled it well and was always very clear about the options and timelines. He managed to get everything done on schedule which was super important because I only had 4 months before I had to move out of my old space. The crew was always punctual and professional. IĂ¢ m entirely satisfied with the job they did Ă¢ 10/10!"

"This remodeling company was recommended to me by a friend. i hired Golden View renovation to remodel my master bedroom and shower. the project manager who came out to my house, Meidan, was very knowledgeable and had great ideas and suggestions as it became very confusing what tile should i choose and other construction materials. they referred me to some good stores i should buy it from and hooked me up with their contractor discount on some of the items witch was a nice amount of savings. the project lasted about 4 weeks as promised and all workers were very professional and always on time. the job was done in a very clean matter witch was a big concern for me and i didn't want my whole house become a mess. the bathroom came out amazingly beautiful and it feels like a high end resort now in my house every time i go in."

"Excellent communication. Execution was outstanding. Very able people worked hard and long and got the job done in a most timely manner. Detail work was first rate. When something needed to be adjusted that was done. Some of the adjustments were just amazing. (We had a built in Murphy Bed installed that did not quite fit the space. A tapered base board kept this from looking awkward. Amazing!) Also all the folks were very nice. Add reasonable pricing and there is nothing else to ask for. I liked them so much that when my daughter did a major remodel, I recommended Baja, and she too has been super happy with the results. Where I come from, passing a vendor on to family is the highest form of praise."
