We received a call back within about 30 minutes. Cass was able to set up an appointment for the next morning. He communicated with us that he would be delayed. Once he arrived, he immediately got to work. He was able to repair the icemaker and was done in about an hour. I would definitely recommend him if you're in need of appliance repair. His prices was very reasonable. I will be using his services again for other repairs in the future."
