"Alex was recommended by The Tile Shop in Sterling to install a new porcelain tile floor in our kitchen. We met with Alex, received a very competitive quote, and hired his company. His people removed the existing 29 year old tiles and Durock subflooring, installed the new tiles, installed new baseboards and moulding, and prepped and painted the walls and trim. Alejandro was primarily responsible for removal of the old tile/Durock and installation of the new Wedi subflooring; Kevin was in charge of the painting; Freddy handled tile installation; and Jose was responsible for touch up work. The entire job took slightly over a week, and Alex arrived everyday to ensure that the work was proceeding to our satisfaction. The entire team was courteous, professional, and efficient. Also, at the conclusion of the project, Alex sent in a cleaning crew to clean ensure the entire first level of the house. Overall, we are thrilled with the quality of the work and plan to hire Alexâ s crew to do additional projects in our home. "I needed a repair on a 17-foot ceiling, over a right-angle set of stairs, and had sought quotes from multiple websites (companies and brokers, or lists). Only two prospective hires responded. One from a different broker was unable to quote due to a car accident. The other respondent was Navids Construction team, who from start to finish was courteous, thoughtful, and professional. They were very careful not to harm or dirty my home or its contents. Most importantly, they practiced very safe construction...safe for the team and safe for my family. In consideration for my family, since the scaffolding had to stretch across widely spread banisters/railing they chose to get the work done in one day, to prevent my family from needing to walk under the scaffolding that night and next morning,. The repair was excellent: a new piece of sheetrock, smooth mudding, and paint. I will definitely hire Navids Construction again."

The work they complete was a total transformation of our bathroom. This included turning the bathtub into a beautiful walk-in shower, a new vanity with much more room than the original, a new toilet, new mirror, stylish light, new towel racks, and a new floor. The work also included complete removal of very ugly 70s green wall tile and complete paint job including ceiling. All this in two days. The crew also provided shielding from dirt and dust. When the crew left you could not tell they had been here except for a beautiful new bathroom."
