"Had a water heater go out on a Saturday. A friend of mine gave me Shane's contact information. He was out of town but sent Marco out to my home within 30 minutes of talking with him. Marco ended up installing the water heater first thing Monday morning after the part that was ordered didn't remedy the situation. Marco was pleasant, and effecient.
