"We found Floor Coverings Intl from online searches where they were rated at the top in our area on multiple sites. Joe came out with his mobile showroom and was very professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the products he was presenting. He spent quite a bit of time with us, showing and comparing many different types of flooring. He thoroughly explained the benefits of each and was able to provide pricing right away. We never felt pressured to make any decisions in a hurry and were encouraged to take the time to think about everything he showed us. He was able to help us find beautiful flooring that not only fit the decor of our home, but fit our alloted budget. We had a lot of correspondence after the initial meeting and Joe always adjusted the quote quickly so we knew right away how the changes would affect our budget. We were having other work done in our home during the same timeframe so coordination was important. Benito was the installer and he was amazing. He arrived on time and was able to do three rooms of flooring in under seven hours while working around another contractor in one of the rooms. Joe came out in the morning with Benito and again that evening to check on the flooring. Greg came out about a week later to make sure that we didn't have any issues come up and it wasn't until then that the final payment was required. Everyone was very good about explaining the process and communicating with us during each step. We're very satisfied with our new floors and very happy with the service we received from Floor Coverings Intl. We recommend them highly!"
