"We worked with Jorge to set up the job and he was in touch the whole time. Everything happened on schedule. The, very old, floor came out looking better than new. The crew worked very clean and always asked if we were ok with the job and how things were going. After getting a number of bids we thought the price was very good and don't know how the finished product could have been better. We would work with AK Hardwood again and have recommended them to our neighbor."

"First of all, Jerry was wonderful to work with. His knowledge and willingness to listen and guide us was most helpful. His crew, Jose, Martin and Gustavo, did an outstanding job. They were on time, exceptionally neat and very friendly. The results are beautiful. We give this business our highest recommendation."
Judith M. in July 2019
"I had multiple estimates that ranged from 1-2k to fix a water pressure issue. JIG checked a water valve before doing a full expection of pipes, problem fixed. Told me I didn't need anything repaired and no charge, but they could do the full inspection for a fee if I wanted--although they didn't recommend it. One of the most ethical businesses I've ever met....needless to say, they earned a lifelong customer."

HomeAdvisor makes it easy to connect with pros near you. You can read reviews, get quotes and book appointments all in one place.
Depending on the type of project, you may find subtle differences in the hiring process. Here’s a look at task-specific advice.
You can use HomeAdvisor to help evaluate a contractor’s qualifications. We put pros through a screening process, and award badges to high-performing contractors. You can find these badges on a pro’s HomeAdvisor profile, and sometimes, his or her website.
Your research doesn’t stop here. Once you’ve found a few prospective companies, make an call to ask a few questions about work history, licensure and more:
In most cases, the responses you get to these three questions will give you a very good idea of the right pro for your project. If you have more than one front-runner, these additional questions can help you narrow it down.
Any good contractor will answer these questions, and most will appreciate dealing with a client that takes such an active interest in finding good service. On the other hand, if a contractor gives you a hard time with these questions, you probably want to find someone else.
Yorba Linda Addition & Remodeling Contractors are rated 4.6 out of 5 based on 276 reviews of 276 pros.
