"I closed on my home in the afternoon on a Thursday and these guys were out there Friday morning, and by Friday evening had painted my whole home, and had started ripping up the carpet to place the new flooring. This entire job was completed in four days. They came back twice to fix two little painting spots I needed fixed and did so without complaint. My next home projects are already in the planning process with Woodworxâ s. The entire crew was polite, professional, and on time every day. I was kept updated with progress, and with any information that needed to be relayed back to me, was done so in a timely manner, so that I could make a decision as to which way to go. I contacted Toni Robinson, Manager, Customer Service about installing Laminate Flooring. Two days later Grerg Costello, Owner, Sales, came to my house and we reached a reasonable deal for installation. The Flooring was delivered. I was told the installers Danilo and jake would arrive at 8AM in the morning. At 8AM in the morning Toni Robinson arrived with the installers, she introduces everyone and answered any questions. The installers went to work immediately and only took a short lunch break and completed the job a 6PM. (10 hours). They were very respectful and did a professional job of installation and did an amazing job cleaning up. Jose asked why we did not get unfinished flooring, this is first for us and had no idea you could do that. we took his advice and got unfinished flooring - we hired him for tile work, flooring and bricking for our fireplace. Felipe made very helpful and honest recommendations for how to match/coordinate new floor with what was already down since I didn’t have the original hardwood and wanted to be creative. They also replaced the baseboards and finished areas where the previous work was incomplete - also for a very reasonable price.
